A sports coach for over 25 years, Mario guides his students with rigour and care. Boxing, weight training, conditioning, abs and glutes, stretching: he tailors every session to the profile and the goals of the person in front of him.
More than ten years teaching Pilates. Trained at Balanced Body (2015) and then at the Pilates Center of Boulder (Colorado, 2019), Kari works in French and in English. Her approach: precise, progressive, attentive to breathing and alignment.
A graduate of the Technical University of Lisbon in classical and modern dance, Carla completed her Pilates training at the Physical Mind Institute in New York: Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrel. Eighteen years of teaching between Lisbon, Rome and Paris.

A state-qualified private coach for 20 years, Kévin is a certified instructor and teacher trainer of the Pilates method. Accredited in methods for pregnancy and for personal training, he also graduated from the school of Clinical Posturology. A coach at the Ritz Health Club for five years, he then opened his own private studio, where he developed a personal approach to bodywork alongside sports physicians, physiotherapists and osteopaths.

Five years at the Ritz Paris as sports manager and head of memberships, the opening of the Epi Baie de Pampelonne as wellness and spa director, then clinical and spa director at La Réserve Genève: Charline built her career in the finest houses. Now a spa and wellness consultant, she advises two hotels in Morocco and the Airelles group in Venice, Saint-Tropez and Gordes, and is still called regularly to the Plaza Athénée and the Cheval Blanc for private coaching.
A strength and conditioning coach, Jessyca runs the studio's conditioning sessions and private coaching: progressive programmes, built around each person's actual level.
A massage and relaxation practitioner for some fifteen years, Mélodie has worked in Parisian four and five star hotels and palaces, and backstage with American and British bands touring Europe. For the past eight years she has also taken part regularly in detox weeks, in France and abroad. With around twenty techniques to draw on (Swedish, Californian, deep tissue, Vodder lymphatic drainage, lomi lomi), she adapts every session to what the body needs that day.
