Low Impact Cardio in Paris 16

Trampoline, fast walking, interval training: get your heart rate up without punishing your joints.

All the breath, zero impact

Running is not the only way to train your heart. At Studio Kael, cardio is done without impact: trampoline, fast walking and interval training push the heart rate up while sparing knees, hips and back. An ideal approach when you are coming back to exercise, recovering from an injury, or simply planning to keep going for years. Sessions alternate short efforts with active recovery, in playful formats that make you forget the clock. In a small group, the intensity is set for each person: your heart, your target.

What cardio wakes up

Heart & endurance : A heart rate trained intelligently, and stairs that no longer worry you. Zero joint impact : Trampoline and fast walking absorb the shock: your joints are protected. Calorie burn : Interval training keeps the energy burn going long after the session ends. Enjoyment & consistency : Playful formats you actually look forward to each week, the key to every result.

Three formats, one breath

Sessions of 55 minutes, one to one, as a duo or in a small group. Member rate with the annual membership.

What exactly is low impact cardio?

Cardiovascular training designed to avoid repeated shock through the floor: trampoline, fast walking, bike, and interval sequences with no jarring jumps. The heart works as hard as it would running, the joints work far less.

Is it effective for weight loss?

Yes. Interval training is one of the most effective formats for calorie burn, both during and after the effort. Combined with the strength training offered at the studio, it forms the basis of lasting body recomposition.

Can I train after an injury?

That is precisely who low impact was made for. Tell your coach about your history: the session will be adapted, and can be coordinated with the physiotherapy and osteopathy at the studio if you are already under care. Our coaches lead the class in English, pacing cues included, so you can follow every step comfortably.
