Physiotherapy in Paris 16

From rehabilitation to your return to sport, precise support that follows on from your training.

Rehabilitate, then train again

Physiotherapy at Studio Kael, known as physical therapy in the United States, covers rehabilitation after injury or surgery, chronic pain and sports physio. Every protocol draws on equipment rarely found in a practice: Pilates machines, a strength floor and proprioception gear. Above all, the continuity is real: the physiotherapist prepares the ground, then hands over to the coaches for the return to training, with therapeutic Pilates, progressive strength work and low impact cardio. You are never left on your own between the end of treatment and your first session back.

What physiotherapy repairs

Guided rehabilitation : Progressive protocols, measured session after session, all the way to full recovery. Return to sport : The bridge between the end of treatment and genuinely training again. Precise movement : Correcting the compensations that keep pain alive or set up the next relapse. Coordinated follow up : Physiotherapist, osteopath and coaches work together, inside the same studio.

Sessions by appointment

Appointments are booked on Doctolib or by telephone on 06 10 94 38 68, directly with the physiotherapist. Rates are set and communicated by the practitioner; prescribed sessions are covered under the usual conditions of the French state health insurance.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

For cover by the French state health insurance, yes: physiotherapy is practised on medical prescription. Maintenance or preventive sessions outside the state care pathway remain possible without a referral, at your own expense.

What is sports physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy specialised in the injuries and needs of athletes: sprains, tendinopathies, recovery, return to full athletic capacity. The goal is not simply the absence of pain, but getting back to your previous level of performance.

How do physiotherapy and Pilates work together?

Pilates on machines is one of the finest tools for active rehabilitation: gentle, adjustable resistance and deep postural work. At Studio Kael the physiotherapist can literally continue your rehabilitation on the Reformer, then hand you over to the Pilates teachers.
