Six massages, two families

Californian : Relaxing massage. Gentle, slow and enveloping, it soothes the nervous system and invites you to let go completely. A rebalancing treatment for body and mind. Lymphatic drainage : Relaxing massage. The Vodder method, gentle and precise, or the brisker Renata França method: lymph circulation is set moving again and the legs feel lighter. Creative : Relaxing massage. A full body massage blending Californian, Swedish and shiatsu points, adapted to your energy and needs on the day. Swedish : Deep massage. Muscular and dynamic, it releases stress related tension, works on recurring tight areas and improves mobility. Deep tissue : Deep massage. Firmer than Swedish and focused on physical tension: a slow rhythm, stretches and vibrations, listening to the tissues. Lomi lomi : Deep massage. A Hawaiian ritual of long, continuous forearm strokes, in the rhythm of the waves, that releases the muscles in depth.

What is the Renata França method?

A Brazilian lymphatic drainage, brisker and more rhythmic than classic drainage: firm pressure, pumping movements and rapid manoeuvres that get the circulation moving again. The results, lighter legs, a flatter stomach, a more defined silhouette, are visible from the very first session.

What are the benefits of lymphatic drainage?

Less water retention and fewer heavy leg sensations, better circulation, a detoxifying effect and a glow to the skin. Taken as a course of sessions, the results last longer and settle in.

How long does a session last?

An hour or ninety minutes of actual treatment, preceded by a short conversation about your needs. A thirty minute taster is available for relaxing massages. Plan a quiet moment afterwards to prolong the benefits.

What is the difference between a relaxing and a deep massage?

A relaxing massage (Californian, lymphatic drainage, creative) works gently, on circulation and release. A deep massage (Swedish, deep tissue, lomi lomi) goes after muscular tension with firmer pressure, hence a slightly higher rate.
