Background

A graduate of the Technical University of Lisbon in classical and modern dance, Carla completed her Pilates training at the Physical Mind Institute in New York: Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrel. Eighteen years of teaching between Lisbon, Rome and Paris.
